- Confirm company, branch, and financial year in Manage so AI Pulse answers in the right context.
- Keep credentials in Vault — never paste raw secrets into AI Pulse prompts.
- Use AI Pulse for drafting and guidance; escalate account or product issues via Support.
Steps

Step 1: Confirm the company chip in the AI Pulse top bar matches the entity you intend.

Step 2: Open the context switcher and set financial year and branch when the question depends on them.

Step 3: Ask your question — AI Pulse fetches only data you are allowed to see for that context.

Step 4: Treat answers as advisory; apply changes yourself in the source product (for example Smart Books).

Step 5: Switch company or FY before asking about a different workspace so answers do not mix.
