Calendar holds your own dates and does not yet share calendars or invite attendees. The logic that decides a statutory deadline stays in the compliance product that owns it, and booking rules stay in Appointments.

Record statutory and internal deadlines as events with a compliance category. You enter the dates; Calendar does not work them out for you.
Reminders on Your Events
Set a reminder on an event you own and Calendar shows it while the app is open. Nothing is reminded unless you set it, and nobody else is messaged.
Google & Microsoft, If You Connect
Connecting a Google or Microsoft calendar is your choice. Events from the calendars you turn Sync on for come in when you connect and when you choose Sync now; sending your events out is a separate setting that starts switched off.

What is Calendar for?
A personal diary for your meetings, deadlines and other events, with day, week, month and agenda views and scheduling help from AI Pulse.
Does it replace Connect?
No. Calendar handles time and events; Connect handles messaging.
Who can use it?
Anyone with an AICOUNTLY sign-in. Calendar is personal: each person has their own diary, and it does not change with the company, branch or financial year selected in Manage.
Can I share my calendar or invite people to an event?
Not yet. Calendar does not share calendars, invite attendees or publish calendar feeds. Anything that says otherwise is out of date.
Does Calendar send reminders?
Only for your own events, and only if you set one. Calendar shows the reminder in the app, and as a browser notification if you allow it, while Calendar is open. It does not email or message anyone, and it does not remind other people or raise compliance reminders on its own.
Are compliance dates added for me?
No. You enter statutory and internal deadlines as events and give them a compliance category. The product that owns a deadline remains the place that decides it.
Can I connect Google or Microsoft?
Yes, if you choose to. You connect the account yourself and agree to the access it asks for. Events from the calendars you turn Sync on for are brought in when you connect and when you choose Sync now. Sending your AICOUNTLY events to Google or Microsoft is a separate setting that starts switched off, and events created by other products are never sent. Apple iCloud is not part of the current offer.
How does Calendar work with Appointments?
Appointments owns booking rules and the booking itself; Calendar does not take bookings. Where Appointments is enabled for your company, a confirmed booking is held in the practitioner’s Calendar as busy time with a neutral label, without the client’s name, notes or a join link.
