Support tickets, queues and customer service
Nothing below is available yet. This is the product’s stated intent, taken from its row in the AICOUNTLY application registry.
- Tickets routed through queues your team controls
- Customer context pulled from Contacts rather than retyped
- Conversation history that survives the person who handled it
Helpdesk is part of the AICOUNTLY suite, so when it arrives it will use the account you already sign in with, respect the company, branch and financial year you are working in, and appear in your app launcher alongside everything else.

Can I use Helpdesk today?
Not yet. Helpdesk is registered and hosted, but signing in currently reaches a placeholder rather than the product. This page describes what it is being built to do, not what it does today.
Will it need a separate account?
No. When Helpdesk arrives it will use the AICOUNTLY account you already sign in with at my.aicountly.com, respect the company, branch and financial year you are working in, and appear in your app launcher alongside everything else.
What is planned for the first release?
tickets routed through queues your team controls; customer context pulled from Contacts rather than retyped; conversation history that survives the person who handled it. Scope can change before release.
How do I hear when it is ready?
Release notes for every product are published under What’s New, and you can tell us what you need from Helpdesk through the contact page so it is considered while the product is still being designed.
Tell us what you need from Helpdesk.
We are still designing this one. What you tell us now can shape what ships.
