The content on our website (referred to as "Aicountly Content"), which includes numerical data, text, images, logos, videos and audio, is covered by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. Aicountly either owns all copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the Aicountly Content, or the owner(s) of those rights have granted Aicountly a right to use the Aicountly Content as part of Aicountly Platform. All information, including numerical data, text, images, logos, videos and audio, is protected by Aicountly’s copyright, and any trademarks that are used on our Platform either belong to Aicountly or have been granted a right by the company.

When you register on the Aicountly Platform, it grants you a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use and display the Aicountly Content only on your computer for your own personal use. This right is only valid for identifying Products, making subscriptions to the Products, processing returns and refunds in accordance with the Aicountly’s Policies, and using and printing copies of the Aicountly’s Content only for the purposes for which the products of Aicountly are subscribed.

You are not permitted to:

copy (whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disc, downloading, or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), download, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast, or otherwise use any Aicountly Content contained in the Aicountly Platform. These restrictions apply to all or some of the Aicountly Content made available on the Aicountly Platform;
copy and distribute the Information on any other server;
modify or reuse numerical data, text or graphics on this system or another system; or
reproduce any portion of the Aicountly Platform or sell or distribute it for profit;

neither of these actions is permitted.

Trademark^®

All of Aicountly's trade names, products, and logos that are marked with the TM / R are registered trademarks or trademarks of Aicountly or its affiliates. Trademarks owned by Aicountly may not be used in connection with any good or service that is not offered by Aicountly.

Conduct on Website

Aicountly shall take any action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in response to any unauthorized use of the Aicountly Platform or any of its Products. You agree that Aicountly will have the right to report any potentially unlawful activities and any information it learns about such behavior to law enforcement officials. Aicountly will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in any investigation into alleged illicit internet activities if requested.

Any actions you do or those taken by anybody using your login or password are solely your responsibility. As a result, you agree to defend and hold Aicountly harmless and all of its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and business partners from and against any loss, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses including attorneys' fees related to, resulting from, or intended to prevent any claim or demand from a third party that your use of the Aicountly Platform.

Access to our platform may be terminated by Aicountly at any moment and without prior notice. Furthermore, if you violate any of these Terms of Use, the subscription will expire immediately and without giving you any warning. You must promptly delete any downloaded and printed items after termination. The termination or expiration of the Terms of Use shall not affect any provision of the Terms of Use that by its terms imposes obligations or generates rights that will continue to be valid after such termination or expiration.
