Every conversation moves business forward.

Aicountly Mail is where you read and send AICOUNTLY Email — with a free personal @aicountly.io address or business email on your organisation’s own domain. Keep Gmail, Microsoft, iCloud and IMAP accounts alongside, and let Pulse AI show you what needs you first.

  • Free personal @aicountly.io address
  • Business email on your own domain

Illustrative Aicountly Mail inbox with example threads: a customer query Pulse AI marked as needing a reply, a message in the shared accounts@ mailbox, and a connected Gmail account listed separately. A note says an AI-suggested reply stays a draft.

Illustrative interface. Names, addresses and messages are examples.

Built for how businesses write

One inbox for every address you work from.

Your own mailbox, the shared ones your team answers from, and the outside accounts you still use — each clearly labelled, none mixed up with another.

A free personal @aicountly.io address

Create name@aicountly.io from the sign-in page at aicountly.io and confirm it with a single-use link sent to your contact address.

Business email on your own domain

Business users send as rahul@yourcompany.com from the mailboxes their organisation set up and assigned them at email.aicountly.com.

Shared mailboxes

The accounts@ or sales@ mailbox your customers, vendors and CA write to sits next to your own, for everyone your administrator has given access.

Connected accounts

Add Gmail, Microsoft, iCloud or any IMAP mailbox and read it alongside — live from the provider, listed separately, never the default.

Pulse AI in the mail client

A Priority view of what needs you, thread summaries, questions about a thread, and suggested replies you review before anything is sent.

Sending that says what happened

Queued, accepted by the outbound server, deferred and being retried, or failed with the reason. If the outcome is uncertain, it stops and asks rather than sending the same invoice twice.

Personal and business email

Sign up yourself, or have your business set up for you.

aicountly.io and email.aicountly.com are two parts of one AICOUNTLY Email service. A free personal @aicountly.io address is created here. Business email on your own domain is set up by your administrator at email.aicountly.com, then read and sent here.

aicountly.io is the mail app. email.aicountly.com is business administration.

Personal and business users read and send mail here. Only an organisation’s administrators need email.aicountly.com, and it does not read or send mail. The business sign-in code is the only thing that passes between them.

Personal: sign up here

Pick your free name@aicountly.io, a display name and a password, and confirm with the single-use link sent to your contact address.

Business: set up at email.aicountly.com

The company owner, or an administrator they appoint, verifies your domain, creates mailboxes, aliases and groups, and assigns them to members listed in Manage.

Business: sign in here

Your team chooses Sign in with AICOUNTLY Business. email.aicountly.com confirms it is them and hands Aicountly Mail a one-minute, single-use code.

Connected accounts

Bring the inboxes you already have. Nothing is copied.

Once you have an Aicountly mailbox, attach your other accounts under Settings → Connected accounts. They are read live from the provider and listed apart from your Aicountly mail.

Gmail and Microsoft

Connect through Google’s or Microsoft’s own sign-in window. You approve access with the provider, not with us.

iCloud

Use an app-specific password from your Apple Account settings — never your Apple Account password itself.

Any IMAP mailbox

Connect over TLS or STARTTLS only. Add no SMTP server and the account is clearly labelled receive-only.

Held carefully

Credentials are stored encrypted by the Email service and never sent back to your browser. Adding or reconnecting an account asks you to confirm a recent sign-in.

Connected accounts are never a way to sign in to Aicountly Mail, and never become your default account.

Pulse AI

Context into action — with a person deciding.

Pulse AI runs in the AICOUNTLY Email service on the server, powered by AI Pulse. Its screens are in Aicountly Mail; your browser never holds an AI provider key.

What Pulse does

  • Counts what needs you, and each count opens the messages behind it
  • Says why a thread needs you, quoting the phrase it found
  • Summarises a thread and answers your questions about it
  • Drafts, shortens, rewrites and translates — and the draft stays a draft
  • Reports a message’s SPF, DKIM and DMARC results
  • For business accounts, previews an action such as adding an event to Calendar, and runs it only when you approve

What it will not do

  • Invent a “time saved” figure, or total up money from email text
  • Guess a deadline — “No deadline found” is a real answer
  • Send anything on its own
  • Call a sender safe because the checks passed
  • Act on an email that tells it to

An organisation can switch Pulse off for its mailboxes. On a connected account, Pulse runs only where you turn it on for that account, and nothing it reads there is stored.

Security and privacy

Your browser holds nothing worth stealing.

Aicountly Mail is a front end. The Email service decides what each sign-in may do and enforces it on every request.

No server credentials in the browser

No mail-server password, no AI provider key, no service key. They stay on the server.

Business sign-in without your password

Sign in with AICOUNTLY Business uses a one-minute, single-use code tied to your browser. aicountly.io never receives your AICOUNTLY password or portal session.

Every privilege comes from the API

Which mailboxes you may open — your own, assigned and shared — which features you have, and what each connected account may do are checked by the Email service, every time.

Short-lived sessions

Your access token lives only in page memory for fifteen minutes and is renewed through a secure cookie the page itself cannot read.

Links that work once

Setup, reset and verification links are single use, expire, and are wiped from the address bar as soon as they are read.

Two sign-ins, kept apart

A personal address and a business sign-in are different identities, even with the same email address. The app always tells you which one you are using.

About Aicountly Mail at aicountly.io, for personal and business email.

What is aicountly.io?

aicountly.io is Aicountly Mail, the mail app for AICOUNTLY Email. It is where you read and send mail in the browser — from a free personal @aicountly.io address or from business email on your organisation’s own domain — and where personal addresses are created.

How do aicountly.io and email.aicountly.com fit together?

They are two parts of one AICOUNTLY Email service. aicountly.io is the mail app: personal and business users read and send mail here, and personal @aicountly.io addresses are created here. email.aicountly.com is business administration: an organisation’s administrators set up its domain, mailboxes such as accounts@, aliases, groups and who may open what. A personal address needs nothing from email.aicountly.com.

How do I get an @aicountly.io address?

It is free. Open aicountly.io and create a personal address from the sign-in page: pick your name@aicountly.io, a display name and a password, and confirm with the single-use link sent to your contact email address.

Can my team use our company domain?

Yes — that is business email. Your administrator verifies the domain and creates mailboxes at email.aicountly.com. Your team then signs in here at aicountly.io with Sign in with AICOUNTLY Business and sends as name@yourcompany.com.

Can I sign in with my Gmail or Microsoft account?

No. Gmail, Microsoft, iCloud and IMAP accounts are never a way to sign in. Once you have an Aicountly mailbox, you can attach them under Connected accounts and read them alongside your Aicountly mail.

Is my Gmail copied into AICOUNTLY?

No. Connected accounts are read live from the provider; the mail is not mirrored. The Email service keeps only the connection, with its credentials encrypted, and never returns those credentials to your browser.

Will Pulse AI send emails for me?

No. Pulse AI can suggest a draft, but a generated draft stays a draft until you read it, change it if you like, and send it yourself. It also never acts on instructions written inside an email.

Who can open a shared mailbox like accounts@?

Only the people your organisation’s administrator has assigned to it at email.aicountly.com. The Email service checks which mailboxes you may open on every request; the app itself grants nothing.
