What is Integrate?
The developer portal for the Aicountly Integration API. A signed-in user picks a company and manages that company’s Integration Apps, credentials, scopes, grants and IP allowlists, tries requests in the API Explorer, and follows usage, request logs and the audit trail.
How is Integrate different from APIs?
APIs is the gateway and its documentation at apis.aicountly.com — where your integration sends requests. Integrate is where you get and manage the access those requests need.
How are client secrets handled?
A secret is shown once, when an app is created or its secret is rotated — masked, copyable and acknowledged — and never again. Credentials can be rotated or revoked behind a confirmation; there is no delete.
Which products can an integration reach?
Smart Books, through the V1 scopes for company context, ledgers, vouchers and reports such as the trial balance. Creating vouchers is a write scope that needs approval. Other products have reserved paths on the gateway and are switched on separately.
Where is my data kept?
Not in Integrate. Licences, apps, grants, usage and audit live in Manage, and machine credentials and tokens in my.aicountly.com. Integrate relays each call with your own session and shows live data only — never sample data.
