What is Advisor?
Business advice in three modes on one session. The AI Advisor is always available; Advisor Assist adds a professional to the AI’s conversation; Human Advisor is a consultation led by a qualified professional, whom the AI prepares and assists privately.
Where do the figures come from?
From Smart Books, read as you, in the company you chose, through read-only tools — overview, P&L, sales, purchases, receivables, payables, cash, stock, GST return status and TDS outstanding. Your Books access profile still applies, and if Books refuses or cannot answer, Advisor tells you rather than estimating.
Can Advisor change my books?
No. Advisor reads Smart Books; it does not post vouchers or change records. It can record recommendations and suggest next steps, and only a step it can actually carry out, such as preparing the session report, runs — after you confirm it.
How do I reach a human professional?
Ask for a professional during an AI session, or start a consultation directly with Talk now or Book a consultation. Bookings use Aicountly Appointments’ own free times, where Appointments is enabled for your company. The call runs over Aicountly Connect, with chat that works even when audio cannot connect.
Is the conversation recorded?
Calls are not recorded, and the consultation room shows it. A transcript is kept with the session so you can continue it later and review its summary.
What does the professional see?
Only what you agree to share — figures for the topic, contact details or documents you tick. Their access is per consultation and expires; it is never company membership.
