See every item you can bill, with its rate, HSN code and how much is in stock.

Businesses that sell goods and keep stock.
Before you start
- You answered “yes” to “Do you keep stock?”.
- Your items created in Inventory.
Steps

Step 1: Open Items
Choose Items in the menu. Item, rate and stock are read live from Inventory as the page opens.

Step 2: Look at an item
Open an item to see its Selling rate, HSN / SAC, Unit, Barcode, Reorder level and what is Available.

Step 3: Spot low stock
The figures at the top show stock items, service items, and how many are Below reorder level.

Step 4: Add or change items in Inventory
Items are created and edited in the Inventory app, which owns the catalogue. Your Inventory permissions decide what you can change there.
What happens next
You know which items are ready to bill and which need restocking, and the rate that will be filled in on a bill.
Questions
Why can I not see cost prices?
Cost is shown only if your Billing profile allows it. A counter biller usually sees selling rates only.
