Notes
Take meeting notes and voice notes
Keep meeting notes together, record a voice note, or scan paper pages straight into a note.
Before you start
Who this is for
Anyone in client meetings, calls and reviews.
Before you start
- For voice notes, a microphone; for scanning, a camera — your browser will ask permission.
Steps
-
Step 1: Open Meeting Notes
Choose Meeting Notes in the side menu to keep all your meetings in one place.
-
Step 2: Start from an agenda
Start a new note, or use a meeting template so the agenda and action sections are ready.
-
Step 3: Record a voice note
Choose Record a voice note. The recording is attached to the note when you save it. Where transcription is turned on, it is also turned into text you can search.
-
Step 4: Scan paper pages
Choose Scan a document, capture each page with your camera, straighten it, and attach them all at once.
What happens next
Each meeting has one note with what was said, any recording, and the scanned papers — all searchable later.
