- Sign in at my.aicountly.com with your organisation account.
- Confirm company membership in Manage so team and product chats resolve correctly.
- Never paste Vault secrets into Connect — use Vault and escalate product issues via Support when needed.
Steps

Step 1: Open any conversation that you will need again soon.

Step 2: Star the thread from the conversation actions.

Step 3: Use the Starred sidebar filter to list only starred threads.

Step 4: Jump back into a starred conversation without searching Inbox.

Step 5: Unstar threads when they are no longer priority so the list stays short.
