Steps

Sign in at my.aicountly.com and open Chat from the launcher (or an in-product chat hub).
Start in Inbox to see active conversations across DMs, groups, and product threads.
Select a thread to read and reply.
Start a new conversation when you need a new person or group.
Star important threads or archive quiet ones so Inbox stays focused.
