Update many items at once

Change prices, groups or GST rates across many items in one go, with a preview before anything is saved.

Anyone who maintains a large catalogue.

Steps

Step 1: Open bulk edit

Open Items and choose Bulk edit.
Step 2: Pick the items

Filter the list and tick the items you want to change.
Step 3: Make the change

Change the field for all of them together.
Step 4: For a GST rate change, use the tax tool

Choose Bulk tax rate update, pick the items and the new rate, and check the preview before you apply it.

All the selected items are updated together, and the change is recorded in the audit log.

Can I undo a bulk change?

Check the preview carefully first. Each item keeps its history in the audit log, so you can see what it was before.
