Shift stock from one place to another with a Stock Transfer, so each warehouse shows the right count.

Steps

Step 1: Start a Stock Transfer
Open Documents and choose Stock transfer — “Move stock between two warehouses.”

Step 2: Choose from and to
Pick the warehouse the stock leaves and the warehouse it goes to.

Step 3: Add the items
Search or scan items, add several at once, or paste a list of codes and quantities. Inventory shows what is available at the source.

Step 4: Preview and post
Check the preview — it shows everything the document will move — then post it.
What happens next
Stock leaves one warehouse and arrives in the other, with a full record of what moved and when.
Questions
Does a transfer change the value of my stock?
No. The stock is only moving; its total value stays the same.
