Steps

Open Working Papers from the primary sidebar.
Browse the engagement file structure for the area you are documenting.
Add or update a working paper with evidence and reviewer notes.
Link the paper to the related procedure or finding where the product supports it.
Keep the file current so Reports and AI Audit can rely on it.
