- Confirm company and financial year context in Manage.
- Prefer finalised books / reporting packs from Smart Books and Financial Reporting before fieldwork.
- Store client portal credentials in Vault — do not paste secrets into Connect or AI Pulse.
Steps

Step 1: Open Execution for the engagement once planning and data collection are in place.

Step 2: Work through the procedures assigned in Planning.

Step 3: Record testing results and exceptions as you go.

Step 4: File supporting detail into Working Papers.

Step 5: Escalate material risks or exceptions before drafting reports.
