Before you start
Before you start
- Sign in at my.aicountly.com with your organisation account.
- Confirm company and financial year context in Manage.
- Prefer finalised books / reporting packs from Smart Books and Financial Reporting before fieldwork.
- Store client portal credentials in Vault — do not paste secrets into Connect or AI Pulse.
Steps

Step 1: Open Reports when execution and working papers are substantially complete.

Step 2: Choose the report type required for the engagement.

Step 3: Draft using findings and papers already on the engagement file.

Step 4: Review and finalise with the engagement owner before release.

Step 5: Deliver the report pack to the client or board as agreed.
