Release Notes for AICOUNTLY Inventory Version 1.1
23 Oct 2026
This release improves printing, stock reports and day-to-day screens, and adds an Inventory mobile app.
New
- Inventory is now available as a mobile app, with a stock dashboard, scanning, items, balances, counts, transfers and documents.
- Print an item sheet from an item, or press Ctrl+P.
- Challans and other documents print with draft and cancelled watermarks and page counters, and valued documents show the amount in words.
- Serial and batch label sheets print the advertised count per A4 page.
- Stock balances show the unit of measure on every row and add status, idle and expiry filters.
- Registers add range filters, party and source pickers and quick-filter chips.
- A first-run checklist on the overview and a New unit link, plus one-click common units for a new company.
- Change a member's profile from Settings, Access and permissions.
- PDFs can now draw Devanagari and Gujarati text.
Improved
- Same-day receipts are counted before issues, and dated reports show stock as it stood on that date.
- Dashboards show the open financial year instead of today's shelf.
- Stock summary, opening stock, ageing, valuation and warehouse stock no longer add quantities across different units.
- Money columns in reports and registers name the currency.
- CSV exports keep barcodes and codes with leading zeros intact in Excel.
- Dates use the dd-mm-yyyy format in forms and reservations, and are readable on printed and exported sheets.
- Screens fit narrow displays better, including the top bar, document forms, item cards and the Assembly page.
- Document forms show the line grid first, with optional details folded away, and warn before you leave with unsaved changes.
- Each screen has its own tab title, and the app has a legal footer, Help and support entry and a proper icon.
- Warehouse exports show the branch name, and a company with one branch opens in that branch.
- If your session expires you are returned to sign-in, and errors are shown in friendlier words.
Fixed
- Scanning an item code now selects the code you typed, and every item picker handles scanned codes the same way.
- Scanning a barcode that matched an item no longer fails with an error.
- A reversed receipt now takes back its own stock cost instead of the oldest stock.
- Cost layers no longer show N units at null when costs are withheld.
- The challan no longer prints a screen-only source line.
- Item search no longer lists an item as its own duplicate.
