Steps

Step 1: Use the search box
Type in Search your notes, ideas, and more… at the top of the screen.

Step 2: Open a result
Results include every note you can read — your own and those shared with you.

Step 3: Ask Pulse (when available)
Where Pulse is turned on, choose Ask AI to ask a question of your notes. Answers show the notes they came from.
What happens next
You find what you wrote in seconds, without remembering which notebook it is in.

Are private notes searched?
A note marked private is left out of search results and Pulse never reads it — where private notes are available.
