See companies your colleagues registered, ask to join one, and decide on requests sent to you.

Owners who receive requests, and people who need access to an existing company.

Steps

Step 1: Open Workspace
Choose Workspace in the side menu. You see companies registered by the people you work with, and the ones you belong to.

Step 2: Ask for access
Find the company and ask for access. Your request appears under Your requests.

Step 3: Decide on requests to you
If you own a company, requests appear under Waiting for your decision. Approve or decline them, with a note to the requester if you like.

Step 4: Check access by app
Access by application shows which apps each person can open.
What happens next
Nobody creates a duplicate company, and owners stay in control of who joins.

Only the company owner can approve it. Contact them directly.
