See your companies at a glance, switch company, and open any AICOUNTLY app.

Anyone opening Manage for the first time.

Steps

Step 1: Open Manage
Open Manage Account from the app launcher. The Dashboard shows your selected company with its branches, financial years and who it is shared with.

Step 2: Pick a company
Use the Company Workspace bar at the top to choose the company you are working on. The other pages — Branches, Financial Years, Key Persons — then show that company.

Step 3: Search for anything
Use Search companies, branches, FY, key persons… to jump straight to a record.

Step 4: Open another app
Use AICOUNTLY apps in the top bar to open Smart Books, Billing, Inventory, Notes or Drive — you stay signed in.
