Calendar Beta
Workflow
Reminders on your own events, and the compliance dates you enter.
Before you start
Before you start
- Sign in at my.aicountly.com with your Aicountly account.
- Calendar is personal to your sign-in. You do not need to choose a company, branch, or financial year first, and it does not change when you switch them in Manage.
- Optional: to see Google or Microsoft events in Calendar, have that account’s sign-in ready. Connecting is always your own choice.
Steps
-
Step 1: Open Workflow → Reminders to turn reminders on and choose how early you want to be reminded. Reminders apply to your own events and appear in Calendar, and as a browser notification if you allow it, while Calendar is open.
-
Step 2: Reminders start from the moment you turn them on; earlier ones are not replayed. Calendar does not email or message anyone, and does not remind other people.
-
Step 3: Use Compliance Calendar for the filing and obligation dates you have entered: give an event a compliance category and it appears there. Calendar does not calculate due dates; the product that owns a deadline remains the place that decides it.
-
Step 4: Resolve each item — reschedule the event, or cancel it if it no longer applies.
-
Step 5: Confirm the main Calendar view reflects the updated schedule.
