- Confirm company, branch, and financial year in Manage so AI Pulse answers in the right context.
- Keep credentials in Vault — never paste raw secrets into AI Pulse prompts.
- Use AI Pulse for drafting and guidance; escalate account or product issues via Support.
Steps

Step 1: Sign in at my.aicountly.com and open AI Pulse from the launcher (pulse.aicountly.com).

Step 2: Click New chat in the sidebar to start a fresh session.

Step 3: Ask for drafting, explanation, or a management-style summary — AI Pulse is advisory only.

Step 4: Review the reply; follow up in the same session when you need refinement.

Step 5: Start a new chat when the topic changes so context stays clear.
