Is AICOUNTLY free?
Signing up is free and there is nothing to pay to get started with Smart Books, Inventory, Billing, Notes and Drive. Paid plans are there for when your business needs more; the pricing page and pricing policy explain them.
Is there a trial period?
No. There is no trial period that runs out: you sign up free and start working straight away.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. The sign-up form asks for your name, mobile number, email address and a password, and confirms your mobile number or email with a one-time code. There is no payment step.
Which apps can I use today?
Smart Books, Inventory, Billing, Notes and Drive are live, together with Manage, where your company, branches and financial years are set up once for every app. Other AICOUNTLY apps are marked Beta on this site.
Is Smart Books ready for GST?
Smart Books is built for Indian businesses: vouchers, ledgers and GST-ready books, with the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Trial Balance. Billing posts every bill to Smart Books, which calculates the GST.
Do Billing and Inventory keep separate books?
No. Billing posts each bill, receipt and payment as a voucher in Smart Books, and Smart Books reads items and stock live from Inventory, so there is one set of books.
Where is my data stored?
Data is primarily processed and stored in India. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how you can export or delete it.
