Secretarial 1.1 rebuilds the dashboard as a command centre and puts all eighteen module screens on one consistent layout. It also fixes a production fault that left the financial-year and branch pickers empty and caused permission errors across every module.
Major Changes
Command Centre Dashboard
- Grouped sidebar navigation, company context pills and global search.
- A hero showing CIN, RoC and incorporation details, with five KPIs and four charts.
Eighteen Modules, One Layout
- Every module screen now carries KPI rows, filters, sortable and paginated tables, health scores and quick actions.
Group Compliance and Reporting
- Group Compliance resolves cross-company access properly and shows company names instead of internal keys.
- Report ageing widened beyond compliance events to cover ROC and MCA forms, meetings, minutes and director disclosures.
Mobile
- The mobile app gained the remaining sixteen modules and was rebuilt on the same design system as the web app.
Minor Changes
Registers and Reporting
- Period selectors on the dashboard; reminders and module navigation cards on the register pages.
- Statutory reporting packs — register books, board dockets, calendar and checklist downloads.
- Light, dark and system modes with nine accent presets.
Bug Fixes
Production Workspace Fault
- The financial year and branch pickers and the user profile were empty in production, and a corrupted branch setting caused permission errors across all nine modules. This is the most significant fix in the release.
Dates and Stability
- Overdue counts were a day out for users in India and other zones east of UTC.
- The Group Compliance and Reports pages crashed when the server returned a partial response.
