This release makes item setup safer, keeps past-year reports accurate and handles regional-language text more reliably.
Improved
- The item form now checks the conversion factor of each alternate unit and shows a message on that line if it is zero, negative or blank, instead of quietly using 1.
- Item import now reports a row error when a conversion factor is zero, negative or unreadable, and the import template explains this.
- Names, descriptions and narrations written in Hindi and other regional languages are now saved and shown in full without being cut mid-letter.
Fixed
- Profit and Loss for a past financial year now closes on that year's end date and no longer fails with a stock valuation error.
- Entries that contain unexpected input now show a clear message naming the field instead of a general error.
- A voucher that was already saved is no longer reported as an error when a follow-up stock update has a problem.
