This update brings clearer team access management and more control over who can see stock costs.
New
- The Users & Access page now shows your Workspace team and your Company users in separate groups, so it is clear who belongs where.
- You can move people between the Workspace team and Company users directly from the page.
- You can give several team members the same set of permissions in one step instead of editing each person separately.
- Company owners can now choose whether landed cost and revaluation require permission to view costs. When this is on, people without that permission no longer see these options, and the screens explain why.
Improved
- Where a cost can be entered but is hidden after saving, the form now says so, and leaving a saved figure blank keeps the saved value.
- Stock transfer rates are now hidden from people who are not allowed to see costs.
