This release makes item units and opening stock more reliable and handles simultaneous saves more gracefully.
Improved
- Opening stock for an item can now only be entered in the item's base unit or one of its alternate units, and you are told which row needs correcting.
- Alternate unit conversion factors that are zero, negative, blank or too large are now refused with a message on the affected line, instead of being saved as 1.
- A newly added alternate unit must be an active unit of your company, and a unit used by opening stock cannot be removed.
- Saving units, brands, stock categories, item groups, warehouses and locations at the same time as someone else now asks you to try again, and a duplicate name is reported clearly.
Fixed
- Editing or bulk editing items while another person is saving the same item no longer ends in a general error.
- Hindi and other regional-language text in items, documents and batch details is now saved without being cut mid-letter.
