Release Notes for Aicountly Drive Version 1.4
28 Oct 2026
This release makes Drive clearer about sharing and permissions and more dependable with uploads and files.
New
- The share dialog now tells you what colleagues can already do.
- You are now asked whether you allow analytics, and you can say no.
Improved
- Admin Reports and Audit Trail now tell you what you need to open them instead of just saying 'Permission denied.'
- Uploads on mobile now report the correct file size.
- Files that open in the browser are now shown as the type they were saved with.
- Files with disallowed extensions are now refused more consistently.
Fixed
- The legal-hold report and view-only previews now respect what each person is allowed to see.
- Uploads that were completed but never finished are now cleaned up.
- Unexpected problems now show a general message with a reference instead of technical text.
