Billing is a fast way to create, share and track sales bills, with web and mobile apps working together with Smart Books.

New

A Sales list shows your bills with search, date filters, status and pages.
Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Credit notes and Debit notes now have their own lists beside Sales.
Bills you are typing are kept as you go, and you can hold several bills at once.
A saved bill can be shared on WhatsApp, printed, or followed by the next bill.
Payment reminders can be sent on WhatsApp.
Reports work for any date range and print with a header.
A Billing mobile app lets you create, share and collect on bills from your phone.
Bills can be downloaded as a PDF from Smart Books.
Profiles control what each person can do, and the permissions in each profile are counted and shown.
Registers have quick filters for GST and for cash or bank, and an Advanced panel for amount and party.
A legal footer, Help, a title for each screen and a proper Page not found screen are included.
Bills and slips are stored in Drive.
The mobile app has an in-app Help and complaints screen and a Delete account option.

An item with an MRP is billed at the MRP, with GST taken out of it rather than added on top.
Tax rates and tax categories come through from Smart Books for each item.
Scanning the same item again adds one more, and the item box keeps the cursor.
A saved bill shows its taxable value and GST.
Dates are shown in Indian Standard Time without shifting.
Error messages are in plain language and confirmations use Billing's own dialog.
Create Sales Bill, Profiles and party statements no longer scroll sideways on phones.
The app launcher no longer shows the Aicountly Edge and Aicountly Aspire tiles.
