Release Notes for AICOUNTLY Our People Version 1.2
06 Sep 2026
Our People 1.2 rebuilds the mobile app on a new design system, opens up five ways to sign in, and closes the loop on reimbursements — employees are now told when a claim has actually been paid, rather than watching it sit on "approved" indefinitely.
Major Changes
The Mobile App, Redesigned
- Home, Leave, Attendance, Payslips, Claims, Documents, Declarations, Tax Certificates, Gratuity, Insurance, Helpdesk, News, Services and Settings rebuilt on one design system.
Five Ways to Sign In
- Email, mobile number, employee code, AICOUNTLY single sign-on, or Google and Microsoft — all validated against the HR employee master.
- There is no self sign-up: an account exists because HR created the employee.
Reimbursements You Can Follow
- Employees are told when a claim has been paid, with the amount, date, instrument and reference.
- Reimbursement receipts can be downloaded back from the portal and the app.
- A failed attachment upload is retried automatically with the original file, instead of asking the employee to submit it again.
Minor Changes
Navigation
- An AICOUNTLY apps launcher with search in the header.
- The bottom navigation became a floating pill, and module screens keep their parent tab lit.
- HR's rejection reason now appears on a rejected leave record.
Bug Fixes
Requests & Display
- Profile change requests showed approvers "No changes submitted" and gave employees no pending indication, which led to duplicate submissions.
- Continue and Sign in buttons were invisible, and the sign-in button was clipped off screen.
- A partial employee sync was blanking the portal's contact block.
- Payslip months now display as stated on the payslip rather than as a raw date.
