Our People Version 1.1 expands the employee portal with structured requests, manager team views, leave and attendance regularisation, and in-portal notifications.
Major Changes
Employee Portal Requests
- Employees can submit leave applications, profile change requests, declaration submissions, document uploads, and helpdesk tickets from the portal.
- Request status stays visible so employees know what HR has received, approved, or returned.
Manager Hierarchy & Team
- Managers can view their team roster and attendance context scoped by hierarchy.
- Manager self-service screens support day-to-day team oversight without an admin HRMS login.
Leave & Attendance Regularisation
- Leave apply flows and attendance regularisation panels give employees a clear path to correct time records.
- Portal requests sync with employer-side HRMS for processing and policy control.
Notifications
- In-portal notification bell surfaces request and sync updates relevant to the signed-in employee.
Architecture Note
ourpeople.work remains the employee-facing ESS experience with its own authentication. Employer control and policy stay on hrms.aicountly.com.
