Manage Version 1.1 adds a print-asset library for Books invoices, surfaces Buddy in the app launcher, and improves transactional email routing for desk assignments.
Major Changes
Print Asset Library
- Manage stores reusable print assets — signatures, stamps, and UPI QR images — for Smart Books sales invoices.
- Finance teams can keep invoice branding consistent without re-uploading assets per voucher.
Buddy in App Launcher
- Buddy appears in the Manage app launcher with product favicon tiles, matching other suite apps.
Transactional Email Routing
- Desk emails route to assignees; super-admin recipients are included when they are assigned to the ticket.
- Transactional email delivery uses the platform Itwalk API path for suite notifications.
API Context Handler
Integrated products continue to call manage.aicountly.com/api/* with a validated session key (cmp_id · bo_id · fy_id). Auth remains on my.aicountly.com.
