Release Notes for AICOUNTLY HRMS Version 2.0
08 Sep 2026
HRMS 2.0 rebuilds every major module as a command centre that opens on live figures rather than a plain list, makes reimbursements a module in their own right, and pays contractual and outsourced workers correctly instead of forcing them through the employee payroll run.
Major Changes
Command Centres Across the Product
- Salary and payroll, Statutory & Compliance, Core HR, portal approvals and Reports now open on readiness figures, insights and a timeline instead of an undifferentiated list.
- Sixteen module list screens gained search, sortable columns, export, and a way back to their hub.
Reimbursements as a Module
- A dedicated setup screen and a payout policy — merge reimbursements into the payroll run, or pay them separately.
- Standalone payout runs produce a bank file and a payment advice.
Workers Who Are Not Employees
- Employees, contractual workers and outsourced workers are now distinguished, and each is paid, taxed and vested for gratuity correctly.
- Outsourced staff leave the payroll run entirely rather than being worked around.
Effective-Dated Salary Revisions
- Salary structures moved to dated revisions, so a queued raise is visible in advance and can no longer be granted months early by editing an unrelated field.
New Reports Engine
- Excel and PDF output across payroll, statutory, leave, attendance and full-and-final.
Minor Changes
Appearance & Mobile
- Light, dark and system themes with an accent colour picker.
- The mobile app gained a More hub, attendance regularisation, and applying leave on an employee's behalf.
- A new employee reaches Contacts the moment they are saved.
Bug Fixes
Payroll Corrections
- Payroll was zeroing PF, ESI, PT and LWF for every company.
- Payslips could omit EPF and ESI lines after a corrected payroll run.
- Deleting a payroll run now reverses loan and advance recovery.
Interface
- Company, financial-year and month dropdowns and row action menus were being clipped.
