Steps

Open Shared Access with the correct company workspace selected.
Pick the company vault item that needs delegated access.
Choose the people or roles who should use it, and set the access level.
Save the share so authorised users can retrieve the secret in product flows.
Review Audit Logs periodically to confirm access remains appropriate.
