Steps

   Step 1: Confirm company context in Manage, then select that company workspace in Vault.

   Step 2: Open Company Vault and create or edit the credential (portal, API, or service).
3. 3

   Step 3: Assign a category so the item is easy to find later.
4. 4

   Step 4: Save; company-scoped secrets are available to authorised product flows.
5. 5

   Step 5: Share deliberately via Shared Access — never paste raw secrets into Connect or AI Pulse.
