Steps

1. 1 Confirm company context in Manage, then select that company workspace in Vault.
2. 2 Open Company Vault and create or edit the credential (portal, API, or service).
3. 3 Assign a category so the item is easy to find later.
4. 4 Save; company-scoped secrets are available to authorised product flows.
5. 5 Share deliberately via Shared Access — never paste raw secrets into Chat or Buddy.
