- Sign in at my.aicountly.com with your organisation account.
- Confirm company, branch, and financial year in Manage before opening an engagement.
- Post and close books in Smart Books so trial balances are ready to import.
- Keep portal credentials in Vault when exports or filings need them.
Steps

Step 1: Open Finalised to list engagements that have completed preparation.

Step 2: Open the engagement to confirm statements and packs are locked as expected.

Step 3: Use Final Packs, Reports, or Exports for stakeholder delivery.

Step 4: Keep version history when you need to explain what changed.

Step 5: Hand off to Auditor when statutory audit work begins on the same FY.
