Open Sync & data → Connected accounts (or Provider sources) to link external directories.
Confirm Sync settings for what should flow into Contacts.
Watch Sync health for failures or stalled syncs.
Use Import & export for one-time bulk loads or backups.
Run Contact quality checks to fix incomplete or inconsistent records.
