Steps

Open the Groups sidebar filter to list group conversations.
Select the team or company group you need.
Post updates and keep discussion in the group instead of fragmented DMs.
Share Docs links for files; never paste Vault secrets into Chat.
Add people via Contacts / membership when the group roster should grow.
