Open Parties in Aicountly Billing, click More filters, and under What they owe set Credit limit to Over their limit. Click Apply and the list shows only the parties whose balance is above their limit. Reset clears the filter.
Open any party to see Outstanding, Overdue, Credit limit and Open bills together. The credit limit itself is read from Smart Books; if it shows that no limit is set, nothing can be flagged for that party until a limit is entered there. You will see these figures only if your Billing profile is allowed to view what is owed.
