Open Parties and click the customer. A side panel opens with a What they owe section showing Outstanding, Overdue, Credit limit and Open bills. If the party owes more than the credit limit set in Aicountly Smart Books, the panel says so.
The same panel has a Recent activity section, and Full statement at the bottom opens the complete ledger. From Do something you can start a New bill or record Money received for that customer. You see only the options your role allows.
