Open the Sales register in Aicountly Billing and use the Quick filters chips above the list. The Supply group has Local (place of supply in your own state, CGST + SGST), Interstate (another state or an SEZ, IGST) and Exports.
The Customer group has B2B (Registered), B2C (Unregistered), Composition and SEZ, and the Tax group has Exempt / Nil / Non-GST and Reverse charge. Pick a chip to narrow the list, and use Clear quick filters to start over.
