AI Pulse 2.0 is a rebuild on its own domain, with native iOS and Android apps, and — most importantly — chat that answers. Until this release every question came back with the same message about not retrieving enough figures, because no AI provider was ever actually connected.
Major Changes
Chat Answers Again
- Model routing now resolves through Console AI credentials. Previously every question returned the same canned reply about not retrieving enough figures from Smart Books, whatever was asked.
AI Pulse Mobile
- New native iOS and Android apps, built to parity with the web experience.
- Streaming chat rendering all eight answer types — text, tables, charts, checklists, comparisons, reports, follow-ups and sources.
- Home, Chats, Alerts and More tabs, voice dictation, an evidence panel, message feedback, and role-gated admin sections.
Rebuilt and Rebranded
- A new design system, dark mode and a redesigned shell, on its own domain at pulse.aicountly.com.
- Nine accent colour presets plus a custom colour picker.
Minor Changes
Navigation & Models
- Ctrl+K search jumps to other AICOUNTLY apps, not only your own conversations.
- AI keys now come from Console rather than each host's configuration file.
Bug Fixes
Interface
- The header company, financial-year and branch selectors were clipped shut — the button toggled but no menu ever appeared.
- The mobile bottom tab bar showed blank rectangles instead of icons.
- Speech-to-text failures now explain themselves instead of showing a raw error.
