Auditor 1.1 brings team and role administration inside the product, lets a trial balance or day book be imported from a spreadsheet with AI-assisted column mapping, and adds AI drafting for engagement letters and opinions from ICAI starter templates.
Major Changes
Team and Roles
- Administer team members and roles under Settings, including company-scoped access, without leaving Auditor.
Import a Trial Balance
- Trial Balance and Day Book import from CSV or Excel, with AI-assisted column mapping and a preview before anything is posted.
- Tally XML exports are accepted.
Letters and Opinions
- A template picker and a Draft with AI action, with starter ICAI engagement letter and audit opinion templates.
- The same drafting is available inside the New Engagement wizard.
Finding Your Way Around
- A Ctrl+K command palette replaces the old "Ask Auditor AI" bar.
- The engagement page is split into tabs, blockers are actionable, and audit workflows that were buried are now surfaced.

- Bulk year-end roll-forward in the procedure library.
- Company, financial year and branch pickers became searchable dropdowns aligned with their buttons.
- Every unreviewed audit type carries a review badge.
Bug Fixes
Display & Permissions
- Around thirty status pills rendered blank.
- Creating an engagement could fail with "Insufficient permissions" for a user who owned the workspace.
- PDF export returned a server error, and the chat contacts list returned a permission error.
- The app launcher panel was clipped off the right edge of the screen.
