This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the eligibility, processing, and limitations of refunds for the services and products offered by Aicountly (hereinafter referred to as “Aicountly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through the Aicountly Platform (the “Platform”). This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and is governed by the applicable laws of India.
By subscribing to, purchasing, or using any of Aicountly’s services and products, the User (“Customer,” “Subscriber,” or “You”) acknowledges and expressly agrees to the terms stipulated herein.
Refunds shall only be granted in strict compliance with the following conditions:
Aicountly reserves the sole and absolute discretion to assess refund eligibility based on the extent of service usage.
Refunds for subscription cancellations shall be processed strictly in accordance with the following terms:

Failure to provide adequate information may result in the rejection of the refund request. Aicountly reserves the right to seek additional details or clarification before processing a refund.
A refund request may be entertained if Aicountly modifies, suspends, or discontinues a feature or functionality of the subscribed service, provided that:
Refunds shall not be granted for any services involving customization, bespoke development, or feature modifications specifically requested by the Customer.
By engaging Aicountly for customization, the Customer expressly acknowledges that:
Aicountly operates an auto-renewal system to ensure continuous service access. The following conditions apply to auto-renewals:

Refunds for auto-renewals shall be processed using the original payment method and in compliance with applicable Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.
Aicountly shall not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

If a Customer is dissatisfied with the outcome of their refund request, they may escalate the matter as follows:

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chandigarh, India.
Aicountly reserves the absolute right to modify, revise, or amend this Refund Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon being published on the Platform.
Continued use of Aicountly’s services following such modifications shall constitute the Customer’s acceptance of the revised Policy.
